With the right balance of structure and empathy, dialogues create real outcomes. One-on-one, in groups or in networks. I orchestrate dialogues in the context of Executive Coaching, Team Facilitation and Think Tanks. In co-creation with my clients we achieve understanding and clarity and build a momentum to move forward. We go deep and take altitude, we slow down to accelerate, we rationalize and explore emotions, we experiment with being, and develop concrete action plans. All at once and step by step.

Sylvain Newton
20+ years of international experience.
Sylvain has over two decades of experience in Human Resources with a particular focus on Learning and Leadership Development. He spent 15 years with General Electric where he led their Corporate University with a globally distributed team of 200+ people offering programs to their leaders and strategic customers in over 50 countries.
In his most recent role Sylvain led the group wide Board initiative "New Work Model" at Allianz, with the aim to profoundly change how people work and collaborate. Sylvain has lived and worked in 6 countries and is a Senior Advisor at the Columbia Business School in New York.
He has a keen interest in understanding how organizations, leaders and culture need to be reinvented to meet the challenges of tomorrow. He has written many contributions on this subject, including one of the most read McKinsey Quartlery Insight article.
